Earlier: Samsung has added a new tablet line-up to its portfolio in the form of Galaxy Tab A. The company on Tuesday unveiled the Tab A devices at a press event in Russia.
According to the company, Galaxy Tab A will be released in 8-inch and 9.7-inch display sizes with mid-range specifications. The full specs are unclear at this point, but we do know that the tablets feature 5MP auto-focus rear camera, 2MP front shooter, unknown Cortex-A53 processor and optional 4G support.
We will update the report as soon as get we get a confirmation on the full specifications of the Tab A.

The new line-up will go on sale beginning April 2015 in Gold, Blue and Black colours.
Update: Samsung has now also announced the Tab A devices in Netherlands, where the company has shared more details about the tablets, but the full specs are still not clear. In addition to the specs mentioned earlier in the report, the Tab A will also include 1.5GB of RAM and the 9.7-inch variant of the tablet packs S-Pen support.
