Sony Xperia CosmosSony seems to be working on a new selfie-focused Android smartphone, which will be arriving in the coming months. The phone will succeed the company’s Xperia C3, which was launched in July last year with 5MP wide-angle front camera with LED flash, 5.5-inch HD display, and 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor

Known leakster @upleaks has shared the first photos of this upcoming smartphone, which is known Xperia Cosmos and will carry model number E530x. The smartphone will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop and sport a large front camera sensor (which is likely be around 5MP) with an LED flash.

According to @upleaks, the smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek MT6752 processor and that’s pretty much all we know about the phone specifications so far.

On the design front, Sony finally seems to have decided to reduce the bottom bezel and the same is reflected in the leaked images of Xperia Cosmos.

There is no word on pricing or when exactly Sony plans to make the smartphone official, but we hope to hear from the company soon.
