Lenovo has priced Tab 2 A7-10 at INR 4,999 and it can be grabbed exclusively from e-retailer Snapdeal in Ebony Black colour.
“This new tablet offers the great build quality and reliability of the Lenovo brand at an affordable price point. We are very confident that this product will redefine the value proposition of the entry level tablet segment and make tablets more attractive to customers. We have partnered with Snapdeal for the first time to tap their unparalleled reach across the length and breadth of the country,” said Rohit Midha, Director, Tablet Business Unit, Lenovo India.
Coming to the tablet, Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 features a 7-inch 1024x600p IPS display, 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8127 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 4.4. The tablet also comes with 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 3450 mAh battery.
According to Lenovo, the tablet includes a front-facing speaker with Dolby audio enhancements and will pre-loaded with DOit suite of apps like SHAREit, SECUREit and more.

This is probably one of the first half-decent tablets in the “value” segment from any of the major, reputable brands. Looks a fairly decent proposition any way you look at it.
The device to buy IMO if you’re in the market for a 5K tablet right now as your secondary (or indeed primary) net device.
