XOLO has silently released the new 8X-1020 smartphone in the Indian market. Now available at ebay India and select brick and mortar stores, the phone has been priced at INR 9,999 and can be grabbed in Black colour option.

While most of the specifications of the phone are same as other smartphones available in this price-bracket, the phone sports a 5MP front shooter with LED flash, targeting the selfie-lovers. Front LED flash might have started appearing in select phones, but is still not a common-place, making it one of the few available budget Android phones with the feature.

Other specifications of the phone include 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592M processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 4.4. The phone also features 8MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, 2500 mAh battery, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. In addition, XOLO has included dual-SIM support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.

XOLO 8X-1020 will be competing with the likes of Lava IRIS Selfie 50 and IRIS X5 smartphones.
