Oppo has announced that its thinnest smartphone R5 is all set for the Indian debut this month. The phone will be released before the year-end in the country and get a price-tag between INR 25,000 and INR 30,000.
The company will be revealing the final price-tag and exact availability details close to the actual launch.
Originally introduced in October, Oppo R5 is just 4.85mm thick and comes with features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 5.2-inch full HD AMOLED display, 2GB of RAM, and 2000 mAh battery. The phone also packs Android 4.4.4 with Color OS 2.0, 13MP rear camera and 5MP front shooter.
In addition, Oppo has included 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 16GB of internal storage in the smartphone.
The Oppo R5 will be competing with Vivo X5Max in the country, which is also launching in the country this month.
