Motorola New LogoAfter releasing the second-generation Moto G and Moto X smartphones, Lenovo-owned Motorola Mobility is now reportedly getting ready to launch the Moto E successor. According to Greek blog Techmaniacs, the Moto E (2nd Gen) will be announced soon and come with moderate improvements in the specifications.

As per the information received by the blog, Moto E successor will sport a 4.5-inch qHD display, which is slightly bigger than the original. The phone will also feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop, 5MP rear camera and 4G LTE support.

There is no word on the other specifications, but we can expect the presence dual-SIM support, microSD card slot and around 8 or 16GB of internal storage in the smartphone. Techmaniacs also notes that Moto E (2nd Gen) looks similar to the original Moto E and will get similar price-tag to its predecessor.

What are your thought on the specifications? Are these enough to take on the increasing number of good budget Android phones?
