Looks like Motorola is getting ready to launch a global version of Verizon Wireless-exclusive Droid Turbo smartphone. The company has sent out invites to the tech press in Brazil, which is a key Motorola market, for a launch event on November 5. Although the invites don’t reveal, which products are going to be unveiled on the day, they do include an image of the Droid Turbo.
According to a report in Tecnoblog, the Droid Turbo will be re-branded to Moto Maxx for a global release, which makes sense given the fact that Droid trademark is registered to Lucasfilm, which has licensed it to Verizon and not Motorola.
To remind you, Droid Turbo aka Moto Maxx features a 5.2-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display, 3900 mAh battery, Android 4.4.4 and 2.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor. The phone also packs 21MP rear camera with f2.0, 2MP front snapper, LTE support, 3GB of RAM, and 32/ 64GB of internal storage.
There is no word on which colour variants to reach other markets but we hope to hear more from Motorola on November 5.

Will be the best Smartphone if price around 36k

“Droid Turbo” will become the “Moto X Play” for AT&T.
Droid Turbo (Verizon: FCC ID IHDT56PK1)
Moto X Play (AT&T: FCC ID IHDT56PK2 )
Has AT&T bands, and the documentation also states that the new device “is electrically equivalent to the certified device carrying FCC ID IHDT56PK1.”
What I’m REALLY waiting for is a “Pure Edition” of the “Moto X Play” — like Motorola has done for the 2014 Moto X. No carrier branding, no bloatware, unlockable bootloader.
