Google Now gets Flight price monitor card

Bill Alert card now available globally

Google has silently added a new information card to Google Now in the form of Flight price monitor. This card shows the consumers with change in prices for the flights they have been searching on Google or Google Flights.

This card could be useful when the consumers are looking for deals or cheaper flight fares. As you can see in the screenshots above, the card shows origin or destination of the flight, carrier, price, change in price, class, date and time as well as type of flight. There is also a quick link to Google Flights for more information on the same.

The card seems to be available to limited users at this point and is expected to see an expanded rolled-out in the coming weeks.

In related news, Google has started showing the Bill Alert card to all Google Now users. The card takes information from your Gmail account to show you information about any pending bills.

Update: The Flight price monitor card has now been officially announced by Google.
