India to get new Moto X in Black, Bamboo White & Black Leather variants

Advertisements

When Motorola unveiled the new Moto X smartphone on September 5 in India, it skipped to inform, which colour and back cover options of the phone will reach the country. Now, Flipkart has spilled the beans by making the new Moto X product listings live on its website, which clearly reveal that Moto X (2nd Gen) will be launched in Black, Bamboo White and Black Leather variants in India.

The pricing of the phone still remains a mystery but it will most probably be around INR 30,000 ($499.99), which is the price of unlocked and carrier-free Moto X in US. The exact availability date is also unclear but Motorola has announced that Indian consumers will get the phone before the end of this month along with the Moto 360 smartwatch.

To remind you, Moto X (2nd Gen) features a 5.2-inch full HD display, Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 13MP rear camera. The phone also comes with 16GB of internal storage, 2MP front camera, and 2300 mAh battery.

Which of the new Moto X variants will you go for? Let us know in comments.

Thanks Jayadeep and Kaushik

Every review I read says has decent battery and will easily last a day ..yahoo, gizmodo, ZDNet, verge, CNN pretty much all called it best android phone ever

Hi, love your website. I had a question. Are you sure that the 32gb won’t be available? Or is that just an assumption?
Also if I choose to get this from USA, would there be any problem besides warranty? Thanks

Imagine this phone having Expandable storage and as well as 2500+ mAh of battery. Could have been a boom in Smartphone market.

I think it’d be a hit anyways. There are enough pros to outweigh the lack of expandable storage. Also reports say that battery lasts a day. Why aren’t you looking at how smooth the thing is? Beats any of the Samsungs with Touchwiz crap on it.

if moto can’t provide sd card slot or bigger battery it means they are not interested in making huge sale in india just taut about feature and all and won’t make dent in flagship category

Specs are not everything my friend. It’s the experience that counts and Moto surely seems to have nailed it. Why do you think everyone has been calling it the best Android phone available in the market right now?

really? what do you spend more money for? just brand name than iphone is good 8gb 32000/- only

with your LOL means you agree with my view haha i meant if one has throw away money anyway i bought 32gb with MI power pack and 64gb otg lol

i read some post and can see people jump guns at any new flagship launch without being practical or use maybe they need it for show off IMHO
