After beginning the sales of L Fino and L Bello smartphones, LG has now announced that it will start selling the new G3 Stylus smartphone in Brazil this week, followed by Latin America, Central Asia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). There is no word on the pricing of the phone.

Originally unveiled last month, the LG G3 Stylus is a mid-range smartphone with stylus support. It features a 5.5-inch qHD display, quad-core processor, Android 4.4.2 and 1GB of RAM. The phone also comes with 3000 mAh battery, 8GB of internal storage, microSD card slot. NFC and 13MP rear camera.

The smartphone also packs the software enhancements like Knock Code, Touch and Shoot, Dual-Window, Smart Keyboard and Gesture Shot.

“As a device that carries over the soul of the LG G3, we believe the G3 Stylus is perfect for consumers looking for a powerful and reasonably priced smartphone. By offering not just a stylus experience but also the same premium user experience and design heritage of the G3, we’re confident the G3 Stylus will set a new baseline for large smartphones in 3G markets,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of the LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.

According to LG, the G3 Stylus will be released in both single and dual-SIM versions and come in Black, White and Gold colour options.
