4GB RAM & QHD display expected
With less than twenty days to go for Galaxy Note 4 unveiling, the number of leaks have increased many folds. After a recent image leak, the full specifications of the Note 4 have now appeared at an Indonesian retailer website. The listing has since been taken down but the specs are already out.
It is important to note here that these are unconfirmed specifications but retailers sometimes tend to have prior information about devices, especially big launches.
As per erafone.com, the Galaxy Note 4 will feature a 5.7-inch QHD (2560x1440p) Super AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 or Exynos 5433 processor, 4GB of RAM and Android 4.4.3. The smartphone will also come with 16/ 32/ 64GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, LTE support and the usual set of connectivity options.
On the imaging front, the Note 4 will pack a 16MP rear camera with dual-LED flash and OIS. There is no word on other details.
While almost all of these specifications are plausible and also in-line with previous leaks, we are slightly sceptical about the presence of 4GB of RAM, which is just too much for a smartphone especially when it uses a 32-bit processor. Anyways, September 3, when Samsung is holding the Note 4 unveiling, is not very far and everything should become clear soon enough.
