Lenovo has launched a new Android smartphone in the Indian market. Part of the company’s S-series, the new S850 phone has been priced at INR 15,499 and will go on sale beginning July 30.
Originally introduced at Mobile World Congress, the S850 comes with a 5-inch 720p HD display, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6582 processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone also comes with 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front camera, dual-SIM support and 2000mAh battery.
In addition, the phone runs on Android 4.4 and comes with the usual set of connectivity options.

The phone will be competing with Xiaomi’s Mi 3 in the country, which pack much better specifications at a lower price-tag.
With this price and specs, now Lenovo is starting to make me worried about the future of Motorola! 😦
