
HP might not be selling a boatload of Android tablets but that hasn’t deterred with company from introducing new slates in the market. Two of the company’s upcoming Android tablets – HP 10 Plus and HP Slate 10 Plus – have leaked online.
According to a report in Mobile Geeks, the new HP 10 Plus tablet will be better than the company’s current offerings and come with 1920x1200p 10-inch display, 1GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 7700 mAh battery and Android 4.4.2. The tablet will also pack 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera.
HP 10 Plus is expected to become official in the coming weeks and will carry a price-tag of USD 290 or 240 euros.
Coming to HP Slate 10 Plus, we have recently seen that HP has started re-branding tablets from Huawei and Slate 10 Plus is one such tablet. A re-branded version of Huawei MediaPad 10 Link+, the Slate 10 Plus will feature 10.1-inch 1280x800p display, 1.5GHz HiSilicon Balong V9R1 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and Android 4.4. The tablet will also come with 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 3MP rear camera and LTE support, notes Mobile Geeks.
Thanks to the presence of LTE connectivity, HP Slate 10 Plus will be priced around 320 euros, when it goes on sale in the coming weeks.
