XOLO Play 6X 1000 & Q500s IPS smartphones official

XOLO on Saturday introduced two new Android smartphones in the Indian market. Dubbed as XOLO Play 6X 1000 and Q500s IPS, the new phones are a part of the company’s Play and QCore-series respectively.

Talking about Play 6X 1000 smartphone first, targeted to the gaming enthusiasts, the phone is powered by MediaTek’s 1.5GHz MT6591 hexa-core processor. The phone also packs a 5-inch HD IPS display, Android 4.4, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera.

In addition, the phone comes with 2GB of RAM, 8GB of on-board storage, microSD card slot and 2100 mAh battery.

According to XOLO, it has pre-loaded the XOLO Play Zone app on the phone, which offers a number free to play and paid HD games.  The phone will retail for an MRP of INR 14,499 and is already available at eBay.in for around INR 13,499.

Coming to XOLO Q500s IPS, this budget Android phone is a variant of the company’s previously launched Q500 smartphone and features a 4-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, Android 4.4 and 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor. The phone also comes with 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 1500 mAh battery.The phone has got a price-tag of INR 5,999 and will be released in a variety of colour options. There is no word on the availability right now.
