HTC Desire 516 debuts in India for INR 14,200

HTC India has announced the release of its Desire 516 Android smartphone in the country today. The smartphone is part of the company’s mid-range portfolio and has been priced at INR 14,200. It will go on sale at the major mobile retailers across the country by June-end.

According to HTC, Desire 516 sports a 5-inch qHD (960x540p) display and is powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor. The phone also features 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 1950 mAh battery. On the imaging front, HTC has included 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 2MP front shooter on the phone.

HTC Desire 516 also comes with dual-SIM support, 3G and the usual set of connectivity options.

The phone will be released in Dark Grey and White colour options.
