Samsung has started rolling out Android 4.4.2 update for its Note 10.1 and Note 10.1 LTE (2014) tablets. While the Note 10.1 (GT-N8000) update is live in Germany, the Note 10.1 (2014) (SM-P605) is getting the update in Nordic countries.
Available via Kies right now, the KitKat update is expected to roll-out over-the-air (OTA) in the coming days. To manually look for the OTA update, go to Settings > About Tablet > Software Update.
The official change-log is not available for either of the tablets, but you can expect to see KitKat goodies like better multitasking, lock-screen improvements, cloud-print support, performance enhancements, UI improvements, updated downloads app and more.
The update will reach more markets over the coming weeks.
To remind you, the Wi-Fi version of Note 10.1 (2014) had started getting the Android 4.4 update in April this year.
