XOLO Q1200 goes on sale for INR 14,999

In addition to the new Q600s Android smartphone, XOLO has also started selling Q1200 in the Indian market. Part of the company’s QCore-series, the phone runs on Android 4.2 but XOLO is promising to provide KitKat update in the future.

The smartphone is currently available at Snapdeal.com for INR 14,999 but we expect an expanded availability over the coming days.

XOLO Q1200 features a 5-inch display with Gorilla Glass 3 (resolution unclear, 720p likely), 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The phone also packs 8MP rear camera with LED flash and Sony Exmor R sensor, 2MP front camera, and 2000 mAh battery. On the connectivity front, the usual options like 3G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth are present on the phone.

It is surprising that XOLO has released an almost identical phone to XOLO Q1100, which actually runs on a newer version of Android.  Another XOLO phone – Q1010, also packs similar specifications.

5″ HD display, QuadCore processor… But 2000mAh battery???

Released with 4.2 and PROMISE of 4.4 update?? Do not get into such traps.. They will never update or at the max, will ask you to goto service centre for updates, which is almost useless, imho…

The update promise is worse than bad politician promises, imho…

their phones are vfm, but if you are unlucky to get defective handset or if it develops a fault, and you have to visit their third-party service centers, you will surely start hating them, i dont know how good the service center’s of big brands but these guys treat customers like garbage, xolo should look into it
