Available over-the-air, the update is around 670MB size. Your phone will automatically notify you of the update, once it is available, however you can also go to Settings > About Phone > Software update to manually check for the update.
According to HTC, the Sense 6.0 update brings Extreme Power Saving mode, colour-coded themes, personalised font support, improved interface for Gallery and camera apps, Blinkfeed improvements and more. You can read more about these changes in this report.
If you have already updated your HTC One (M7), do let us know about the experience in the comments.
To remind you, this is just a Sense UI update and will not bump your Android version, which should already be Android 4.4.2 as the KitKat update was rolled-out for Indian HTC One in February.

Already downloading.
Great great. It is downloaded and working. Just some inconsistent fonts and color themes. The messaging app was better earlier.
Still no updates for HTC One dual sim phone
