Samsung Galaxy S5 Active press render leaked

After appearing in various video previews, Samsung’s Galaxy S5 Active has now been leaked in the form of a press render, which has been posted by @evleaks.  This might not be the best-quality render but it confirms what we had seen in the videos.

According to previous leaks, Samsung Galaxy S5 Active is expected to be released on US telecom operator AT&T (at least) and will sport a rugged design with rubberised edges as well as water/ dust resistance.  The phone will come with the same specifications as Galaxy S5 retail version, which include Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16MP rear camera, and Android 4.4.2.

There is no word on the release date or pricing right now but we hope to hear more in the coming days.

In related news, Samsung Galaxy S5 Active has also been spotted on classifieds website Craigslist. The phone was apparently posted on the website six days ago and is being sold at $550. Not sure if it has been sold until now but those of you living in US can try.
