Moto E goes on sale in US for $129

Moto EWant a Moto E in the United States, you can now order the phone from Motorola.com. The company web-store is however only shipping the Global-GSM version of the phone right now (will take 4-5 days to reach your doorstep), the US-GSM version is on pre-order and will start shipping around June 3.

Here is a look at the network frequencies supported by Global GSM and US GSM versions:

Global GSM Model: GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) & UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz)

US GSM Model: GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) & UMTS/HSPA+ up to 21 Mbps (850, 1700 (AWS), 1900 MHz)

Unveiled earlier today, Moto E is the latest budget Android phone from Motorola. It comes with 4.3-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor, 5MP rear camera and Android 4.4.2. The phone also packs 4GB of internal storage, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot.

Moto E also supports swappable back covers – also known as Motorola Shells, which will be available in several colour options.

The phone has been priced at $129.
