Indian smartphone vendor Lava has released a new budget Android smartphone in the Indian market. Part of the company’s 3G line-up, the smartphone is dubbed as 3G 354 and can be grabbed from e-retailers like Saholic.com for INR 3,999.

This dual-SIM smartphone features a 3.5-inch HVGA display, Android 4.2 and 1GHz dual-core processor. The phone also comes with 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera, and 1400 mAh battery. In addition, Lava has included 256MB of RAM, 2GB of internal storage, microSD card slot and 3G support in the smartphone.

While most of the specifications are decent, the meagre 256MB of RAM is disappointing and so is the lack of GPS.

According to Lava, 3G 354 will be available in Dark Blue and White colour options, however only Dark Blue colour is currently available at Saholic.com.
