Karbonn has silently released a new Android smartphone in the Indian market. Currently on sale at Snapdeal.com for INR 5,799, the smartphone is dubbed as Karbonn A25+ and comes with entry-level specifications.

The phone sports a 5-inch FWVGA display and packs 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 5MP rear camera, and Android 4.2. A25+ also includes dual-SIM support, 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, front camera and 1800 mAh battery.

There is no confirmation on the presence of 3G support but other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Edge are present on the smartphone.

The phone will be competing with the likes of Spice Stellar Glamour, Lava IRIS 405+, Micromax Bolt A068 and XOLO A500 Club in the country.
