SanDisk launches 128GB microSDXC card in India for INR 9,999

SanDisk has announced the launch of its 128GB microSDXC card today in the Indian market. Priced at INR 9,999, this Class-10 card will go on sale this month in the country.

Originally showcased at MWC this year, the SanDisk 128GB microSDXC card is compatible with microSDHC and microSDXC supporting devices.

“The new SanDisk Ultra microSDXC card again demonstrates how SanDisk continues to expand the possibilities of storage so that consumers can benefit from our latest technology advancements. With 128GB of removable storage, consumers will enjoy the freedom to capture and save whatever they want on a smartphone or tablet, without worrying about running out of storage space,” said Rajesh Gupta, Country Manager India, SanDisk Corporation.

Most of the high-end Android smartphones or tablets coming these days like HTC One (M8) or Samsung Galaxy S5 support 128GB microSD cards but do check with your device manufacturer or SanDisk before spending INR 10K on a microSD card.

When people are hesitating to buy a mobile for 10K , we have a sd card that is selling at 10K. !! :-/
