Samsung Galaxy Mega Plus i9152P is basically a Galaxy Mega 5.8 with an upgraded CPU. The phone is now powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor instead of the 1.4GHz dual-core.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8-inch specifications leaked
In related news, Samsung is preparing Galaxy Tab 4 for release. The specifications of the 8-inch version of this tablet have been leaked online. There is no way to authenticate these, so take this with a pinch of salt.
Samsung is reportedly planning to launch Wi-Fi, 3G and LTE variants of the tablet, which will carry SM-T330, SM-T331 and SM-T335 model numbers.
It will come with Android 4.4, quad-core processor, 1280x800p display, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The tablet will also packs 1GB of RAM (1.5GB of RAM in LTE version), 3MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera and 6800 mAh battery.
It could be unveiled at Mobile World Congress later this month but we are yet to see any credible evidence to suggest that.
