After the Snapdragon version SM-N905, Samsung has now started rolling out Android 4.4.2 for Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 in Russia. The update is expected to reach more markets, where Exynos version of Note 3 is available, in the coming weeks.

The update is being released both over-the-air as well as via Kies application. The change-log remain same as Snapdragon version and you can expect to see UI specific changes and KitKat specific features like immersive mode, lock-screen improvements, cloud-print support, better performance, upgraded Downloads app, new location modes and more.

If you are one of the adventurous Note 3 Exynos version user and don’t want to wait for the OTA, you can grab the firmware from SamMobile and flash it directly on your smartphone.

The overall performance of the Galaxy Note 3 is said to have improved after the KitKat update.
