Dell launches Venue 7 and Venue 8 Android tablets in India

Dell India has announced the launch of its Venue 7 and Venue 8 Android tablets in the country today. The tablets were originally introduced back in the United States in October, 2013.

According to Dell, Venue 7 and Venue 8 are now available for INR 10,999 and INR 17,499 respectively.

Coming to the specifications, the new Dell tablets run on Android 4.2.2 and are powered by Intel Atom Z2580 Clover Trail+ processor. The tablet also come with 2GB of RAM, microSD card slot, 16GB of internal storage (Venue 8 has 32GB model too), Bluetooth 4.0, and 1280x800p resolution display (display size mentioned in the tablet name).

In addition, the tablets feature Wi-Fi, 4100 mAh battery, MicroUSB 2.0 port and front/ rear cameras.
