Google announces Nexus Wireless Charger availability in four new countries

Advertisements

Google has announced that it has begun selling Nexus Wireless Charger in four new markets. These markets are Australia, India, Japan and Korea, however we are still waiting for “coming soon” to change to “Add to Cart” in India. It will probably go live sometime today.

The Nexus Wireless Charger has been priced at INR 3,299 in India and AU$54.95 in Australia. You can check the prices for other markets in respective Google Play country stores.

Compatible with Nexus 5, Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 2013 officially, the Nexus Wireless Charger should also work with any Qi compatible device.

From Google Play Description:

No more messing with cords and plugs. With the Nexus Wireless Charger, your Nexus 7 (2013), Nexus 5, or Nexus 4 simply snaps into place on the magnetic face. Featuring a clean, compact design, the Nexus Wireless Charger adheres securely to a desk, nightstand, or countertop for grab-and-go charging.

In related news, Google has also started selling Red Nexus 7 Sleeve in 12 new markets today including India.
