“At Motorola our roots are deep in mobile hardware, we invented mobile communications. Now, as a Google company, we’ve become the kind of company that can build a 4G smartphone like Moto X. It fuses our history of mobile innovation with the best of Google mobile services,” Motorola Mobility UK general manager Andrew Morley said in a statement.
The phone will be initially released in UK, France and Germany but Motorola could always expand availability.
In UK, the phone will be launched on February 1 and will on sale at Phones 4u, Carphone Warehouse, O2, Amazon and Techdata in standard Black colour. The company is also releasing White version but that will be a Phones4u exclusive for the first three months. Exact release details for other markets are not known right now but you can check your country-specific Motorola website for more information.
The Moto X customisation site Moto Maker will not available in Europe right now but Motorola plans to bring it to UK by the second half of 2014.
To remind you, Moto X was originally unveiled last year and comes with Android 4.4, 1.7GHz Qualcomm dual-core processor with Motorola tweaks, 2GB of RAM and 4.7-inch AMOLED display.

What is stopping Moto X from being launched in other markets like India or S.E.Asia or China? Moto G will do well here and so should Moto X, imo!
