Micromax A200 leaked, to come with 4.7-inch HD display & quad-core CPU

Micromax seems to be preparing a new Android smartphone, which will come with a 4.7-inch 720p HD display.  Probably being targeted to the consumers, who don’t want a huge smartphone with 5-inch or 5.5-inch display, Micromax A200 is expected to be priced around INR 13-15,000.

According to MMXNewscaster, the A200 will feature a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 1800 mAh battery. The phone will also come with Gorilla Glass 2 covering on the display, and 7.9mm thick chassis.

There is no word on the actual Android version present in the smartphone but we expect the presence of Android 4.3.

The phone will be competing with the likes of XOLO Play, Lenovo S820, Gionee Dream D1, Gionee Elife E5 and iBall Andi 4.7G Cobalt, which comes with similar specifications and pricing under INR 16,000.

There is no word on the exact release date but the phone will most probably arrive next month.
