Ten more apps get Chromecast support

Google has announced that ten more applications have added Chromecast support and consumers now have more content options to stream via Chromecast to their HDTVs.

The new apps that have added Chromecast support include Plex, Vevo, Red Bull.Tv, Songza, PostTV, Viki, Avia, Revsion 3, BeyondPod and RealPlayer Cloud.

Grab the latest versions of these applications from the Google Play to start streaming content. To get quick access to these apps on Google Play, go to applications and select Chromecast category.

With these new apps, the total apps that support Chromecast is now at 17 and you can always mirror your Chrome browser tab using Chromecast extension.
