Samsung to launch Galaxy Grand Lite at MWC 2014

After Galaxy Grand 2, Samsung is now getting ready to unveil another Galaxy Grand-series smartphones in the form of Galaxy Grand Lite, report SamMobile. This Samsung news portal writes that Galaxy Grand Lite will be announced at Mobile World Congress 2014 with the model number GT-I9060.

As is suggested by the Lite moniker, the specifications of Galaxy Grand Lite will be inferior to those present in Galaxy Grand 2. The phone is expected to feature 5-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and 2100 mAh battery.

In addition, the phone will come with microSD card slot, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, Android 4.2/ 4.3 and dual-SIM support. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Lite is expected to be first released in markets like India and Russia.

It will go on sale around the end-of-January in White, Black and Green colour options.
