Motorola to launch dual-SIM Moto G in India

As we already reported Motorola’s new budget smartphone Moto G is official. It was announced on Wednesday and is set to arrive in India in January 2014. Now, Motorola executives Punit Soni and Lauren Gellman confirmed to Guy Kawasaki in a Twitter Q&A that India and Brazil will be getting dual-SIM version of Moto G smartphone.

 

It isn’t known at this point whether Motorola will only be releasing the dual-SIM Moto G in the country or single-SIM version will also arrive. We are trying to find out and will let you guys know if we get any confirmation.

To remind you, Moto G features a 4.5-in HD LCD, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8/ 16GB of internal storage and Android 4.3. The phone will also be getting Android 4.4 update in January 2014. On the imaging front, Moto G comes with 5MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera.
