As per this benchmark listing, Moto G will be powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm’s Snapdragon MSM8226 quad-core cortex A7 processor, Adreno 305GPU and 1280x720p display.
The benchmark data also shows the Android version as 4.4 KitKat, which suggests two possible scenarios. First, Moto G could be a Google Play edition smartphone (as indicated by the gpe in the product codename – falcon_gpe – see the image above) and come with Android 4.4 pre-loaded or it is not a Google Play edition smartphone and Motorola has simply begun testing Android 4.4 update for Moto G but the phone itself will launch with Android 4.3 on-board (and will get Android 4.4 update in near future), as noted in a recent leak.
There are no other details available at this point but we already know that Moto G will pack 4.5-inch display, 8GB of internal storage, 5MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera. The phone is set to be officially announced on November 13.
