It is not rocket science to guess that Android 4.4 KitKat will be coming next month but it is always great have some sort of confirmation. While, we haven’t exactly got a confirmation but something close, according to German Kit Kat Facebook page, Android 4.4 KitKat is arriving in October.
There is obviously no way to know for certain that the person (who is handling Kit Kat Facebook page) knew what he was talking or not, but it won’t be surprising to see if Nestle has been privy to Google’s plans for Android 4.4 release, given Nestle’s involvement with branding and all.
The statement on Facebook could also be nothing more than a reply from a social media manager handling Facebook page for KitKat Germany, who was just saying what has been rumoured all around the web thinking that it was true.
Well, whether or not KitKat Germany knows real Android release plans, it is highly likely that we will be seeing the next Android version in October along with Nexus 5 and probably Nexus 10.
