As this is not coming from HTC directly, the company won’t be selling it officially. The gold version of HTC One mini will be joining the HTC One gold edition by Gold Genie, which is currently on pre-order for £1,895 ($3,015).
There is no word on the pricing or availability of HTC One mini gold version but we expect to hear more in the coming days.
Both HTC One and One mini gold editions are quite different from Apple iPhone 5S golden version, which unlike HTC One phones is not made of pure gold and has reportedly been a huge success in the Asian markets. HTC has however been rumoured to be working on gold-coloured (similar to iPhone 5S) version of HTC One but there is not much information regarding the same right now.
