Samsung Mobile Country head Vineet Taneja also told PTI that all the upcoming Galaxy smartphones will come with nine Indian languages support – Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Gujarati.
“We will be launching two new smartphones priced for the mid-segment market. Every phone from Samsung will have nine vernacular language options,” Taneja said.
While Vineet Taneja did not reveal the exact pricing of the upcoming mid-range smartphone, he did say that these phones will get a price-tag below INR 15,000.
Taneja has also stated that going forward Samsung India will provide dual-SIM support in all of its mid-range and high-end handsets. He did not share any other details; however we expect to hear more about the same from the company at the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear launch event on Tuesday.
