LG has announced that it will be launching its LG G2 smartphone in Germany and United States this month. The phone was originally announced in August and since been on sale in South Korea.

“The positive market feedback after the initial launch in Korea proved to us that the LG G2’s consumer-oriented innovation does resonate with customers,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “The LG G2 was developed as a global device for a global audience, beyond the scope of any smartphone we’ve introduced to date. I’m confident consumers will see the difference.”

To remind you, LG G2 is the company flagship model for second half of 2013. It features a 5.2-inch 1080p display, 13MP rear camera, 3000 mAh battery and Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

The smartphone also comes with several software customisations including Answer Me, Plug & Pop, Quick Remote, and Guest Mode.
