Advertisements

LG is reportedly planning to release LG G2 around mid-September in the United States. According to a report in Android Central, this LG flagship will be released by Verizon on September 12 and AT&T on September 13. There is no word on the release dates of the Sprint and T-Mobile versions.

Android Central also notes that AT&T will open pre-order for G2 around September 3 and will be offering pre-order customers a free folio case.

If the mid-September launch date of LG G2 is correct, the phone will be going head-on with HTC’s upcoming One Max and Samsung Galaxy Note III smartphones in the country.

To remind you, LG G2 features a 5.2-inch full HD True IPS display, Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 13MP rear camera, Android 4.2.2, 2GB of RAM and 3,000 mAh battery.
