HTC One nexus edition will be compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile bands with support for LTE. It will go on sale beginning June 26 for $599.

Update: HTC has just shared more details on HTC One with Nexus user experience:

The HTC One nexus edition will run on Android 4.2.2 and feature Beats Audio, 32GB of internal storage and unlockable bootloader. Rest of the specifications will remain same as retail edition – 4.7-inch full HD display, quad-core Snapdragon 600, 2GB of RAM and  Ultrapixel camera.

“We’re excited to offer HTC fans and admirers alike a new experience on what we think is the best hardware available today,” HTC noted in a blog post.

Although, HTC One with Nexus user experience will only be available in the United States initially but it might be released in other markets later.
