Samsung starts rolling out Android 4.1 update for Galaxy Music

Samsung has begun rolling out Jelly Bean update for its budget Android smartphone Galaxy Music GT-S6010. The update is currently live in the United Kingdom for the single-SIM version. It is being released over-the-air and also via Kies app.

The update will bring user interface improvements, Google Now support, enhanced notifications, Project Butter improvements and more to the phone.

To remind you, Samsung Galaxy Music features 3-inch QVGA display, 850MHz processor, 3MP rear camera, 512MM of RAM, 4GB of internal storage and 1300 mAh battery.

The phone also packs front dual stereo speakers, Sound Alive & SRS technology, FM Antenna, Wi-Fi, HSDPA connectivity, GPS and MicroSD card support.

The company also sells a dual-SIM version of the phone as Galaxy Music Duos GT-S6012, but there is no word on the Android 4.1 update of it right now, but we hope to see it soon.
