Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has been spotted in the GFXBench database, in turn confirming the specifications of this upcoming 8-inch tablet.  The tablet will be joining the company’s already announced Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch in the Samsung’s 2013 tablet line-up.

As per the benchmark listing, Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch SM-T311 will be coming be with 1280x800p display, Android 4.2.2, and Mali 400 GPU, which along with the clock speeds mentioned in the listing suggests that processor is 1.5Ghz dual-core Exynos 4412.

While other specifications are not mentioned in the benchmark listing, some previous rumours have pointed out that the tablet might come with 2GB of RAM and 4500 mAh battery.

Samsung seems to have disowned the high-end tablet market and the company is only focusing on mid-range or entry-level tablets. All the company’s latest launches are an indication of that.

While, we have heard rumours of a high-end tablet appearing later this year, there hasn’t been any clear evidence to support the rumours.
