Samsung India to launch Galaxy Fame duos, Galaxy Win duos very soon

Samsung is going to launch two new Android smartphones Galaxy Fame duos GT-S6812 and Galaxy Win duos GT-I8552 in the Indian market soon. The phones have already started reaching retailers like Mahesh Telecom, who tweeted the prices of the new models today.

Samsung Galaxy Fame duos, which was originally announced with Galaxy Young in February this year, will be sold around INR 10,999, the MRP is expected to be a little higher. The phone comes with 3.5-inch HVGA display, 1GHz processor and Android 4.1.

  • Display: 3.5” HVGA TFT
  • Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean)
  • 5-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash, VGA front Camera
  • A-GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n
  • 4GB Storage ? 512MB (RAM), microSD (up to 64GB)
  • Li-ion 1,300mAh battery

On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy Win duos, which was announced earlier this month, will be priced around INR 18,300 (MRP will more). The phone packs 4.7-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor and Android 4.1.

  • Li-ion 2,000 mAH battery

Update: Samsung Galaxy Fame duos has also been listed on Samsung India website.
