Based on Android 4.2.2, the CM 10.1 M3 build is pretty good for daily use and brings several new changes.

If you already on CM, you can go to Settings >> About Phone/ Tablet >> CyanogenMod updates >> Check for Updates. You can also head to get.cm to manually download the CM 10.1 M3 builds.
The change-log is not available right now, but we will update as soon as we get it.
