Samsung invites public to Times Square for Galaxy S IV launch

Samsung is going real big with Galaxy S IV, and it is not just about the phone. Company plans to unveil the smartphone at Times Square for the public apart from usual press launch at Radio City Music on March 14.

Company today tweeted the Times Square public invite, stating “be the first in the world to experience it.” Samsung will most probably be streaming the launch on famous big screens at Times square and would also be showcasing the device there.

There is still a lot of confusion about the expected features of Galaxy S IV. The smartphone will be competing with HTC’s One and Sony’s Xperia Z smartphone.

Galaxy S IV is the company’s flagship device for 2013 and there is a lot of public expectation about this phone. Everyone wants it to repeat the success of previous Galaxy S series models.
