Update: The Verge is now reporting that it has confirmed from other sources that Samsung Galaxy S IV is indeed going to be announced on March 14. They couldn’t get a fix on location.
Earlier: A cryptic tweet from Eldar Murtazin has indicated that Samsung might be planning to unveil the Galaxy S IV smartphone on March 14. It is a day earlier from what SamMobile had reported previously, but that does not really matter much now.
Eldar has also revealed that location of the event, which is “New York.” Eldar has normally been a credible source for inside news, so we do not doubt him unless his cryptic tweet meant something different (which is highly unlikely).

Samsung Galaxy S IV smartphone will be competing with HTC’s upcoming M7 aka One along with Sony Xperia Z and other full HD smartphones. It is rumoured to feature Exynos 5 Octa processor in HSPA units and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 600 processor in LTE units.
Other expected features of S4 include 4.99-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, 2GB RAM, 13MP rear camera, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and wireless charging.
