Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 P7300 getting Android 4.0.4 update in India

Along with Jelly Bean update for Galaxy Tab 2 310, Samsung India has also started releasing Android 4.0.4 update for Galaxy Tab 8.9 users in the country. The update is now available via Kies application.

There is no change-log available right now, but being ICS update, it will bring Android UI changes, improved Notifications, re-sizable widgets, customizable home screens, more lock screen functionality, improved functionality for spell check and typing, as well as home screen folders to your tablet.

You can connect your Galaxy Tab 8.9 to PC/Mac now and start updating the tablet to Ice Cream Sandwich. If you have already updated the tablet, do let us know about the experience in the comments.
