Google publishes Android 4.2 factory images for Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10

As the OTA updates are already out, Google has also published the factory images of Android 4.2 final builds for newly launched Nexus 10, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 3G as well as old Nexus 7 Wi-Fi nakasi and Galaxy Nexus GSM takju.

Builds for other variants should also be available soon.

These images can be used for restoring your Nexus device’s original factory firmware or even updating to the latest one when needed.

In other news, Google had started selling Nexus 4, Nexus 10 and Nexus 7 3G in select countries yesterday and thanks to the phenomenal response, all the devices were sold out within minutes in most of the countries.

Company is bringing more stock to Google Play in the days to come.
