Sony Xperia J now on pre-order for INR 16,490; available in Oct-end

Sony’s IFA launch Xperia J is now on pre-order in India. Priced at INR 16,490, the smartphone is expected to go on sale in the last week of October.

Sony Xperia J is a mid-range Android smartphone and comes with features like Android 4.0, 4-inch display with 854x480p resolution, 1GHz processor and 5MP rear camera.

The smartphone also features VGA front camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage, and microSD card slot. Xperia J will be available in Black and White colours in India.

Sony has already promised to provide Jelly Bean update for the smartphone, but has not revealed a clear time-table.

The smartphone was originally showcased at IFA earlier this year along with Xperia V and Xperia T. There is no word on the availability of other two models.

16.5 k for a 1ghz single core device..?
also havin only 512 mb or ram…

overprices must say..

better to invest a bit more n go for all new HTC Desire X..
Dual Core 1ghz 768 mb of ram…priced 18k approx…

officially launched with INR 18399..
Sony must be jokin..This phon is decent bt overpriced..
should be below 14 k at least.
