Asus brings Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OTA to Transformer Pad Infinity

After a small delay, Asus has released the Jelly Bean update for Transformer Pad Infinity TF700T. Available right now over-the-air in the United States, the update takes the tablet to Android 4.1.1.

Apart from the following change-log, the update also brings Project Butter improvement in the interface, Google Now, expendable notifications and smarter keyboard.

Change-log:

  • Default enabled System Bar Lock
  • Add Multiple Photo Selection feature
  • Support Connect Dock (Accessory)
  • Remove Adobe Flash support
  • Remove Wi-Fi Direct function support
  • Remove Press Reader

Asus has already released Jelly Bean updates Transformer Pad TF300 and Transformer Prime TF201 tablets.

Company has also stated that it will soon release the Jelly Bean update in other countries too.
