Advertisements

Samsung has announced the launch of Galaxy S Duos dual-SIM smartphone today. Featuring a Galaxy S III looks, this dual-Active device will go on sale in Europe next month and will reach other countries soon after.

There is no word on the pricing right now, but we expect it to be competitive. As leaked earlier, Galaxy S Duos sports Android 4.0, 4-inch WVGA display, 1GHz processor, 5MP camera, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal storage and 1500 mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with Korean manufacturer’s ‘Dual SIM Always on’ feature, which allows consumers to receive calls on one SIM card, while taking a call from the other SIM card, ensuring that consumers can manage both personal and work commitments without ever missing a call.

The smartphone also comes with TOuchwiz UI, the latest version, as well as company’s ChatON messenger preloaded.

Expected India launch: September

Expected India price: INR 16-18,000
